Nurses are rude and won't speak to you, doctors don't tell you what they have planned for you. They just decide that they're going to do these tests in that test and this thing without talking to you about any of it. I went in there to take care of two separate things and next thing I know my next appointment isn't for any of those things. It's all for other stuff. It's just a way to get more money. This place sucks. Find somewhere else. Anywhere else is better than here

My child was seen by Dr. Esmon. She was very nice and friendly during the visit, but the experience was frustrating. We waited in the room for about 45 minutes, and before finishing the visit with us, she left to see other patients. It felt like our appointment wasnβt fully completed. She also wrote a prescription but never sent it to the pharmacy. I had to call the clinic the next day, and they confirmed that the prescription had not been sent. This was concerning because if the medication had been urgent, it could have delayed my childβs treatment. The front desk staff and phone receptionists were very kind and helpful, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, the situation with the unfinished visit and missed prescription felt a bit unprofessional and could be improved to ensure patients receive complete care during their appointments.

Donβt ever call this place just go there in person. You will be on hold for 30 minutes. Donβt waste your life calling them just always go there in person. They never answer the phone. Trust me I put it on my dead grandma they never answer. You will pull out your hair, listening to their automated system.
